We are presently looking for Junior Loan Closers in our Chicagoland area offices.

As a Junior Loan Closer, primary responsibilities include:

• Review and report all loan files are in compliance with Wintrust and its investors prior to loan closing.
• Collaborate with operations staff to complete missing and/or inaccurate documentation prior to loan closing.
• Work within Blueprint (Electronic Document Management System) to review loan files.
• Complete Verbal Verification of Employment prior to loan closing.
• Work with the Loan Closer on various tasks as needed to increase production.

Job Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of banking/mortgage experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time management and prioritization.
• Working knowledge of mortgage documentation process.
• Microsoft Outlook knowledge.
