We are looking for a software manager to join our Compiler development group. The Compiler Optimization Manager will manage a team of engineers developing the optimization phases of our Fortran, C, and C++ compilers.  This team works within the larger compiler team to implement LLVM-based optimizing compilers for a variety of x86 and ARM architectures. In this role, you will help drive technology advancements for the world’s most powerful exascale supercomputers.

• You’ll manage a team of experienced compiler engineers


• You’ll establish team objectives to meet schedules and goals


• You’ll act as a mentor and advisor to grow talent and next generation leaders


• You will communicate with senior management for team vision and project tracking.

About you:

• You hold a degree in Computer Science or related discipline (Ph.D. or Masters welcome)


• A software engineer with 7+ or more years of experience and with 2+ years of people management or team lead experience


• You have Background in high performance computing (HPC)


• You are familiarwith C, C++, and Fortran


• Your knowledge of LLVM or other compiler internals is a plus
