Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Budget Analyst, Journeyman supporting the National Guard Bureau's Plans and Requirements Directorate (NGB/A5) in providing support in order to improve combat capability of the Air National Guard (ANG) and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) as total force partners as it integrates new capabilities to meet Air Force requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Provide assistance with the preparation of contract documentation, contract distribution functions, correspondence, as well as database support, and computer applications.

- Assist with support to the customer for the development, award, management, and measurement of contracts, including contract closeout.

- Perform contract distribution functions for the entire organization.

- Provide assistance in the preparation of procurements for the review and approval of Government CO's.

- Provide assistance with the preparation of contracts and modifications as well as solicitations and amendments to solicitations for approval and issuance by the Government CO's.

- Provide advisory assistance to the customer in the preparation of source selection material and subsequent reports for the procurement of Government equipment.

- Enter and implement Government-approved updates to contractual documentation in the contract writing system.

- Access, populate and analyze information in contract writing system databases

- Identify potential issues/concerns for Government consideration.

- Provide assistance to support audits and/or report requests made by the AFLCMC, AFMC, Defense Contract Audit Agency, DCMA, DFAS, or other governmental agencies.

- Assist the Government CO's in tracking contract milestones.

- Make routine copies and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with three to ten years of experience.

- Proficient in appropriate contract writing system, closeout tasks, and preparing contract file documentation

- Active Secret Clearance
