As a member of the Worldwide Shared Services Center for Services Operations, you ensure execution and compliance to 3DS Macro Processes to optimize Business Performance and Operational Efficiency

What will your role be?

Ensure execution plan to be implemented aligned with transformation plan defined

Create and run most efficient operations system
-
Manage escalation, deviation situations and recovery plan if any

The challenges ahead

Consolidate lessons learned, share best practices and run Root Cause Analysis for continuous improvement

Build associated recommendations

Define and run implementation plan using LEAN methodology and practices

Ensure the content of operational guidelines is in line with DS strategy

Define and deploy relevant KPIs and dashboards to monitor execution plan

Ensure monitoring of ongoing project activities

Your key success factors

- Master / Bachelor's degree or Engineer's degree
- Experience in leading change and operations management with multiple track
