Production Position Overview:

Our production facilities in Schofield is proudly union that offer a plethora of growth and development opportunities within the company. Shifts offered for this position are 2nd shift and 3rd shift with pay rates beginnning at $19.14 per hour including the shift differential. All of our facilities have a safe and clean work environment. Our production supervisors will provide you with steady work hours and voluntary overtime.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited too:

- Assembling products

- Material Handling

- Building Pallets

- Operating Machinery

- Comply with Safety Regulations

Required Position Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills

- Highly motivated and self directed

- Demonstrated strong attention to detail

- Ability to learn in a fast pace environment

- A High School Diploma or GED

- A stable work history within manufacturing, farming or other mechanically inclined fields

- Ability to read a tape measure

- Knowledge and comfort with handling basic hand tools

- Experience reading blue prints

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 50 lbs.

- Ability to pass the required pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical

Preferred Position Qualifications

- Prior experience in machining or a related field

- Prior forklift experience

- Completion of Move to Manufacturing program
