Emergency Call Routing is the next generation IP network combined with software that allows transport of an emergency call, text, video or IOT alert to the correct public safety answering point using geospatial routing. Emergency Call Taking software then presents the call, text, video or IOT alert to a call taker for triage and dispatch of a response. Additional supplemental data - such as real time location of the caller or emergency health profile data can also be displayed to help drive better outcomes.Job Description
Empowered leader for a scrum team and medium product complexity to create interfaces between cloud and on-premise 9-1-1 systems. Actively using Agile Principles and Values with respect to scope definition, prioritization and team interactions. Handling product roadmaps with low/medium dynamics as a direct, trusted partner for Product Management. Able to manage new product development, dynamic roadmaps. Soft skills allow mentoring others as well as recruiting other Product Owners to collaborate in larger solution creation.

Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with the 9-1-1 industry and the operational implications of technical interfaces between 9-1-1 and other systems such as: Computer Aided Dispatch, Long Term Recorders, CAMA trunks and others.
- Experience working as both a participant and leader on professional teams.
- Technical experience configuring 9-1-1 to CAD interfaces and similar skills are a plus.Basic Requirements
