1. The Clerical Coordinator/LPSR is responsible for organizing, coordinating and optimizing office functions related to appointment scheduling, patient intake including data verification, charge entry and co-payment collections and front office communications. The Clerical Coordinator serves as the point person for the Office Manager on issues related to the functions of the front office.2. The Clerical Coordinator/LPSR serves as a lead resource for associates who work in the front office (PSRs and MAs) by ensuring that any changes in workflow or processes are implemented accordingly. The Clerical Coordinator, in consultation with the Office Manager, monitors the ongoing clerical performance of the PSRs and MAs, provided coaching and feedback to front office staff as needed and collaborates with the Office Manager and Physician in Charge to facilitate the day to day operations of the office.
