Overview:

Responds to and appropriately addresses trouble calls within their respective trades. Ascertains information necessary to order repair parts and set up preventive maintenance schedules. Demonstrates the ability of self-direction and adequate communication skills, both verbal and written, to insure appropriate communication with the department. Must be computer literate.

Qualifications:

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent .
Licensure: Must be able to obtain a Arkansas Boiler Operator's License in six months after employment
Experience: 2 years maintenance builiding experience
Certifications:
Other: Must be in excellent health and stand for prolonged periods. Must possess above average manual dexterity and visual acuity. Lifts, carries, pushes, and pulls materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent .
Preferred Licensure: Arkansas Boiler's License
Preferred Experience: 2 years Hospital Mainteance work experience
Preferred Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent .
