Overview:

The operations supervisor will have direct responsibility for assigned business operations of the practice. The position will be responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the practice. The operations supervisor may be asked to undertake various special projects. Performs and/or delegates duties of staff members in the practice manager's absence. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

* Experience: One or more years of clinic experience or one or more years of prior supervisory experience is required

* Required EducationHigh School graduate or equivalent.

* Preferred Education:Associate's degree or some college courses preferred

* Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Above average computer skills. Additional languages preferred
