DESCRIPTION

What You ll Do: The Material Handler performs various manual and mechanical duties to move materials and products throughout storage and production areas. Duties include: supplying all production floor with required materials and supply to keep constant flow, unloading raw stock, maintaining storage area organization, operation of forklift, and other similar duties primarily those pertaining to material handling operations. Material Handlers work as a team in a fast-paced environment and are on a rotation schedule.

Required Skills:

* Possess and foster a positive attitude of learning and respect

* 1 + Years consistent in material handling/forklift position

* Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions

* Ability to take ownership of work and also work as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work in a high-volume warehouse with limited space

* Ability to use scanning equipment to accurately disposition material
