Position Responsibilities
Deltek is looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our rapidly growing team at Deltek. You will focus on generating revenue through pipeline development, fostering relationships, and analyzing customer needs to uncover business challenges. You will learn the business, the industry, and how to sell, all in a fast-moving environment.

As an SDA at Deltek, you will attend a thorough onboarding program complete with mentorship guidance to learn about Delteku0027s product portfolio, our customers, their business challenges, and our sales process. You will develop robust sales skills along with a variety of techniques and tactics that will help you build direct value for your clients.

Our passionate focus on learning and professional development, encouraged through your immediate enrollment in the SDA Advance Program, will ensure you are continuously developing techniques, new skills, and practical strategies that you ll use throughout your career and puts you on track for strong performance and promotion.

* Leverage existing relationships, Deltek marketing efforts and other techniques to educate prospects on Deltek s value proposition and differentiation, resulting in our ability to build long term valued and revenue generating relationship

* Weekly Meeting with Sales & Marketing Team to review MQLs from current week and discuss strategy and ownership of follow up

* Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop programs targeting new logo prospects

* Perform data governance to drive strategic account planning

* Work in partnership with field marketing and field sales to drive attendance to customer events, seminars, and briefings

* Expertly utilizes Salesforce.com, LinkedIn and other technologies to manage activity

* Research, Data Governance & Account Planning through engagement with Sales, Marketing and Operations for potential prospects (85%)

* Outreach to prospects through MQL & Small Net Fishing Campaigns to capture information, set meetings and identify potential opportunities (15%)

* Analysts will be responsible for Pipeline generation for New Logo pursuits for Ent/LgMkt teams

* Research, Data Governance & Account Planning through engagement with Sales, Marketing and Operations for potential prospects

* Outreach to prospects through Small Net Fishing Campaigns to capture information, set meetings and identify potential opportunities

* It will be necessary for SDAs to be familiar with the full Deltek product portfolio

* Eligible to attend customer-facing sales events to continue development of skills and enhance proficiency of target audience

Qualifications

* University Degree

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Dynamic organization and time management skills

* Tactical attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve

* Detail oriented with a strong desire to get things done accurately, efficiently and timely

* Data-driven and solution oriented

* Collaborative work style, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility and partner with team members and internal customers

* Proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word, and PowerPoint where applicable
