Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.

AT&T has an opening for a Help Desk Specialist -
To support Intelink in providing collaborative and content discovery services to the IC.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provides 24x7x365 Help Desk support as defined by first response/Tier 2 support
  • Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, LAN/WAN, directories, standard desktop images and applications, COTS and GOTS applications
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, and printer problems
  • Candidate may be required to respond to after-hours requests as required in a 24 x 7 environment. Shift work is required
IMPORTANT: DoD 8570 Compliance with IAT level 1 is required.

Required Clearance:
TSSCI with polygraph. (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications: Three (3) years of Help Desk experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Technical or Math related field. Five (5) years with an Associate’s Degree or seven (7) years experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree.
