Job Description

The Demand Generation Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation marketing campaigns for KCP globally. They will create and execute marketing programs to expand KCP’s brand reach, engage prospect accounts, and drive sales pipeline and revenue. This individual will work to understand customer needs and motivations and ensure activities and campaigns add value to every stage of the buyer journey. The ideal candidate has successfully managed multiple marketing campaigns involving a variety of tactics, channels, and analytics. 

This person will be part of an agile, digitally savvy team, and will partner with sales and regional demand generation marketing counterparts to co-create demand generation best practices and processes for scale. Collectively, this team will drive revenue growth, customer retention, and pipeline acceleration via compelling digital content and campaigns and engaging digital tools to establish and strengthen online customer relationships. 

This role requires an energetic individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills and an ability to manage projects across numerous regions and functions. This person will need to be a creative and strategic thinker with multi-channel demand generation experience and a focus on data-driven marketing to be an excellent fit for this role.

Responsibilities:


  • Engage with cross-functional business teams throughout campaign strategy development, planning, execution, and optimization in line with the organizations overall business strategy.


  • Document campaign strategy briefs, communication goals, sales/revenue goals, personas, content requirements, campaign plan and marketing tactics needed to launch and operationalize successful campaigns.


  • Develop “agency” style creative messaging/campaign approaches for internal (and possibly external) customers and/or key stakeholders for consideration and sign-off.


  • Manage the development and deployment of omni-channel campaign content and digital media planning including landing pages, SEM, display and programmatic advertising, personalization, email, social, and paid media.


  • Understand, map and implement digital programs aligned to the relationship across buyer’s journey/persona mapping/content creation.


  • Design and execute lead nurture and influencing strategies that reengages previous leads, known customers and helps to accelerate opportunities.


  • Regularly measure and report on campaign performance and results against internal goals and external benchmarks and be able to explain campaign performance to non-experts.


  • Monitor digital analytics against KPIs, evaluating and optimizing for strong performance and ensuring a proactive feedback loop on campaign learnings to influence future strategies and create valuable actionable recommendations.


  • Support continual digital strategy growth through external benchmarking & communication of new trends and applications.


  • End to end management of digital campaigns, including campaign set up, QA, ongoing analysis, and optimizations with a clear understanding of campaign goals, objectives and KPI’s.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree – Discipline open.


  • 7 to 10+ years of demand generation, marketing campaign management or revenue marketing experience where multiple channels to market were utilized (B2B or agency environment preferred).


  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency, and/or Communications.


  • Direct experience with Salesforce.com, Pardot or similar systems.


  • Proven experience with a variety of marketing channels and tactics (lead generation, content, digital, social, event coordination).


  • Marketing automation experience preferred.


  • Strong demonstratable creative experience required.


  • Able to build, motivate, manage, and develop strong teams (both direct and indirect). Demonstrates contagious positive energy to influence, inspire and drive results.


  • Able to champion ideas and influence and motivate key stakeholders by infecting them with a shared sense of purpose and passion. Strong listener and communicator who is able to connect easily with others.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Demonstrated aptitude for technology.


  • Demonstrated analytic skills.


  • English language proficiency required.
