Shipping and Receiving Auditor at World Distribution Services LLC

Job Description:

A Shipping & Receiving Auditor ensures the accurate and timely receipt, labeling, and shipment of product through the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Verifies amount of product received against lists compiled from bills of lading or shipping manifests

  • Measures and records dimensions and condition of freight

  • Receives product into WMS

  • Processes labels and assists in the labeling of cases for outbound shipping

  • Ensures correct SKU and quantity are labeled and shipped to the correct destination

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Basic math skills

  • Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

  • Experience with warehouse RF equipment
