Job Description:

Job Summary:

Under minimal supervision by the Director of Operations, the Quality Control Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the quality assurance program and formulates quality control policies. Ensures that the services we provide are consistent and meet both external and internal requirements to include legal compliance and customer expectations. Monitors and advises on the performance of the quality management system, produces data and reporting on performance measured against set standards. Maintains constant monitoring of cleanliness to ensure company standards are correctly maintained, while using the appropriate supplies and equipment in a responsible and efficient manner.

Job Duties:


  • Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the Project Manager and employees.

  • Conduct surveys to identify customer requirements and ensure they are being met by established quality standards

  • Ensure all quality and compliance contract requirements are met, and robust monitoring and quality processes inform development and training and delivery requirements.

  • Lead on and support the management team to ensure compliance and quality requirements are met, matrix and other key audits are or relevant inspections/audits.

  • Identify common areas of concern, with the Project Manager undertakes remedial action and escalate as appropriate.

  • Deliver routinely quality and compliance training and development to the KWNAS team

  • Manages the development, evaluation and upgrading of quality compliance programs.

  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.

  • Reports deficiencies to ensure immediate action.

  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.

  • Review current standards and policies.

  • Keeps records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.

  • Set and enforce standards for health and safety during work operations.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:


  • Frequent exposure to heat, sun for extended periods of time.

  • Possible exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors and various infectious diseases.

  • Exposure to wildlife.

  • Possible exposure to uncomfortable noise levels and vibration of body or extremities.


  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years demonstrated quality management/project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, and coordination.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to increase skill level in this area.

  • Attention to detail with emphasis on problem-solving and high-quality work product.

  • Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

  • Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple complex tasks in a timely fashion.

  • Requires incumbent to be self-motivated to independently work to complete multiple projects/tasks in a timely and accurate fashion.

  • First Aide/CPR Certified.

  • Be able to pass a background check and screening requirements as required by contract and company standards.
