Access is looking for a passionate marketing operations leader to help us continue to improve the way we communicate with our clients and the rest of the information management world. You will help us take our revenue marketing and the company’s growth to new levels. Marketing operations and analytics is central to the work we do and a key driver of our sales and marketing culture. Your expertise and experience in building a world-class marketing tech stack, marketing automation, segmentation and personalization, and reporting and analytics will help fuel marketing’s contribution to the company’s success and continuous improvement.

Beyond your technical knowledge you will bring a well-rounded and strategic perspective on sales and marketing and how we can deliver demand, engage with key accounts, and build a strong global brand. You have a proven track record of adopting, building, optimizing and improving a range of marketing activities, processes and technologies to support ABM, an inbound content marketing model, Forrester/SiriusDecisions demand frameworks, and sales/marketing/product and enablement alignment strategies. This is both a strategic and a hands-on role and you’ll be part of a highly collaborative, nimble and dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities:


Own, manage and operate the marketing tech stack strategy, implementation and ongoing continuous improvement including Marketo, ZoomInfo, Bizible, Drift, PathFactory, and other tools, integrated with Salesforce, to drive lead flow and prospect and client engagement resulting in pipeline growth and closed-won business. Work with key stakeholders to assess, monitor and refine our ABM plays, lead acquisition, nurture, and scoring programs.
As Access’ marketing operations expert you will:
• Monitor, research, recommend, negotiate and manage new technologies that will help us reach our business goals
• Lead and manage the integration and implementation of current and new technologies and lead accompanying organizational and process change
• Act as the company expert on email ethics and compliance best practices, including GDPR, CCPA, CASL, etc. and execute day to day email activities in alignment with best practices to increase conversion rates, prevent contact fatigue and ensure excellent deliverability
• Create and execute systematic A/B testing on landing pages, emails etc. to drive optimization and higher conversion rates
• Recommend and execute opt-in strategies for ethical database building
• Execute database segmentations and insights-driven list creation
• Participate as a critical member of ABM teams and as data expert for account prioritization, KPI creation and measurement. Become our ABM technology guru
• Ability to create Salesforce dashboards for campaign and ABM KPI measurement
• Be the marketing champion for data quality and integrity by collaborating with IT, the SFDC team and others to implement strong data hygiene practices and ensure ongoing efficacy of the sales and marketing data sets
• Partner across the marketing and sales operations teams to build a robust analytics approach including:
o Automation of reporting for the entire lead to revenue lifecycle and ability to present those results to sales and marketing leadership for maximum alignment
o Marketing ROI analytics and the data required to support it
o Creation of executive dashboards and working with VP to align KPIs for executive team reporting
o Lead our efforts to drive improvements in micro and macro conversions
o Actively participate in marketing strategy and tactical programming discussions to bring a diversity of ideas to help achieve our goals


Education and Experience: 

• BS/BA
• 8+ years of marketing operations experience using Marketo and other integrated tools, Certified Marketo Expert/Champion a plus
• 8+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com, including data hygiene, integrations, and reporting. Salesforce admin experience a plus
• Experience with WordPress websites, content management and landing page creation. HTML and CSS a plus
• Experience with SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar sales productivity tools
• Power BI or similar BI tool (Snowflake, Domo, Tableau) experience a plus
• Experience within a global marketing team also a plus


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:


• Demand generation marketing expertise including the full suite of technologies needed to support the process
• Broad array of marketing operations execution experience including data hygiene and management, list building, landing page creation, email operations, lead scoring, campaign management and nurture program creation
• A solid understanding of marketing overall including revenue marketing and proven expertise in conversion rate optimization
• Hands on experience with revenue marketing analytics including ABM KPIs, demand waterfall conversion rate analysis and broader analytics using all available tools to drive action and optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to present analytical findings and concepts effectively to all levels of the organization
• Collaborative skills and ability to effectively engage with teams across the organization in business development, sales, IT, and lines of business as well as within marketing
• A curious mind, with both creative and structured thinking skills
