Job Description: This position is located in our Yadkinville, NC Facility.  We offer a shift differential premium. Our company also offers paid time off, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401k company match, & tuition reimbursement.

We are looking to recruit a responsible candidate to ensure that the quality and quantity of packaged goods follows company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for programming the press


• Inputting data/settings to run production efficiently; troubleshooting, setup machines by inputting data in machines and/or troubleshooting 


• Monitor operations and make changes when necessary, record operational data


• Visually measure and inspect completed work pieces to verify matching specifications


• Test and adjust machine settings, according to product specifications


• Report defects and operating difficulties to line lead and supervisor


• Clean automatic press machines


• Complete all production paperwork on inspection and operations


• Follow GMPs and standard work instructions

Experience, Skills, Education:

• Machine Operating Experience Preferred


• Effective Communication Skills


• Demonstrated Organizational Skills


• Good Math Skills


• Reading/Comprehension Abilities


• Demonstrated Leadership Capabilities


• Ability to Work Independently


• Ability to Identify Problems and Respond Accordingly
