We are currently searching for the right person to join our team as a Warehouse Lending Shipper.

 

Our company’s culture supports customers in achieving their financial goals and dreams.  This job will report to the Warehouse Lending, Operations Manager. The position will intake and ship collateral for warehouse lending.

 

Job Duties:

• 
  Receive and log FEDEX and UPS incoming packages.
  


• 
  Process daily shipping of collateral to various investors
  


• 
  Input appropriate information into warehouse system and print appropriate shipping label.
  


• 
  Input tracking number into warehouse system and print Bailee Letter.
  


• 
  Prepare and print Note Allonge when needed.
  


• 
  Package Notes and place appropriately for pickup.
  


• 
  Email customers to request more information or respond to a customer inquiry of the status of collateral.
  


• 
  Extend the highest level of Raving Fans service.
  


• 
  Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection.
  


• 
  Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures.
  


• 
  Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned.
  


• 
  Represent the Bank in various civic community functions to further enhance its image.
  


• 
  Assist with other duties as assigned.
  

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• 
  Detail oriented, ability and desire to learn, accurate and efficient with tasks.
  


• 
  Demonstrates initiative, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to new technology platforms
  


• 
  Proficient and ease with technology and multitasking.
  


• 
  Proficiency using Microsoft Products.
  


• 
  Ability to learn bank core systems.
  


• 
  Strong communication skills
  

 

Education, Experience & Licenses:

• 
  High School diploma or equivalent
  


• 
  Prior Warehouse Lending experience - preferred
