What does this role look like?
You will be responsible for providing administrative support services under limited supervision to a department or group.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:


  • Maintain and develop department SharePoint sites to ensure organization, functionality, access, documentation, and data.
  • Train personnel in the use of SharePoint.
  • Populate SharePoint sites with documents and records as directed by Manager, HSE.
  • Assist Operations in revision, and/or quality review and proper formatting of management system manuals and operational manuals prior to distribution to the terminal and vessel personnel.
  • Maintain document control process, and review.
  • Coordinate training with vendors and employee.
  • Maintain training matrix maintenance, learning management system, and documents.
  • Assist/track new employees/drivers with requirements from start to finish.
Must-haves:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with course work after high school or job-related training.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent computer skills are required along with strong analytical, database management and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Database experience
  • Some college
  • Experience with tracking training documents
