Summary of Position:

Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve the organization's short and long-term sales goals for assigned product line(s). Maximize profitability and sales positioning of products.

Key Accountabilities:

• Meet regularly with key customers to understand their requirements and to actively promote tkMNA products, services and solutions.

• Promote assigned products, both internally and externally, throughout North America.

• Develop and maintain deep product expertise in assigned products

• Develop and maintain strong understanding of the global supply base (costing structures, key management personnel, capabilities and their other customers)

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with companies that manufacture, distribute, or represent the organization's products.

• Provide sales and procurement feedback on market conditions, including pricing, market needs, growth potential, and inventory needs

• Assist sales management with leading, directing, evaluating, and developing the organization's sales force (outside and inside sales) to achieve established sales and profit goals.

• Contribute to business planning at the senior management level to develop sales strategies and plans consistent with the organization's overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.

• Prepare sales forecasts and establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development. Monitor the performance of the organization against these goals and adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.

• Develop pricing strategies to maximize sales revenue.

• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the organization's sales force (field and inside sales) to achieve established sales and profit goals.
