About Corporate Marketing:

Gartner research and insights help business leaders make more effective decisions every day. Our Corporate Marketing team strives to understand the needs of the customers and communities we serve and designing the most effective programs to profitability meet those needs. This team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging and converting leaders and their teams through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences throughout the buyer journey.

What You Will do:

• Work in Workfront and assign projects based on producer and motion graphic designers availability and volume working with Head of Production, Operations and team leads.


• Deep experience with Workfront reporting and advanced Excel report experience.


• Adjust timelines as needed and tag Ops and Marcom to confirm new timelines.


• Ability to quickly resolve timeline and deadline issues.


• Manage the execution of assigned projects through delivery.


• Adhere to workflow processes and deadlines.


• Be able to clearly understand and translate the needs of each project to the Multimedia team.


• Work across all teams in the Creative Center of Excellence (CCOE) to maintain the agile fast-paced error free workflow.


• Develop Workfront templates as needed.


• Backup Ops team to run monthly PCS reports.


• Run monthly utilization reports for the Multimedia team.


• Problem solve Workfront issues as needed.


• Pro-actively participate and identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and improve current processes.


• Focus on continuous improvement and implement changes accordingly.


• Participate in weekly Operations meeting and MM meeting.


• Escalate issues on projects immediately.

What You Will Need:

• 5-6 years' experience.


• Bachelor's degree required.


• Expert Workfront expertise including developing basic and advanced reports.


• Advanced Excel skills; ability to merge reports, data and use pivot tables.


• Proven track record managing volume in a fast-paced environment video production environment.


• Knowledge of video and motion graphics production process.


• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative matrix environment, with strong stakeholder management skills.


• Excellent written and oral communication.


• Good multi-project management, prioritization, time management capacity.


• Experience working with, troubleshooting, and reporting within Workfront.
