Marketing Account Managers provide thought leadership as the face of the client, our community banks, commercial banking, and/or niche banking groups. Their responsibilities include setting marketing strategy for their assigned accounts, gaining knowledge of the markets and/or industries in which their accounts are situated, creating and reforecasting marketing budgets for their assigned accounts, and working with internal clients to attain growth goals. Marketing Account Managers analyze and present results of promotions and campaigns, coordinate all marketing projects for their clients, and serve as the liaison between internal clients and the corporate marketing team.

Successful account managers communicate often and effectively with their clients and have a demonstrated ability to match message and channel with their audience.


  • Begin, monitor, and advance projects by client request and to fulfill overall marketing strategy for client.

  • Consult and consistently engage bank clients in campaign/promotion requirements and objectives. Interpret client goals to creating marketing strategies that help meet bank goals

  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies for internal bank clients across a variety of channels

  • Together with broader marketing team, work on corporate initiatives that include quarterly campaigns, larger branding initiatives, sales enablement initiatives, etc.

  • Previous marketing, project management, or account management preferred
  • 2-5 years of related experience
  • Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills are required and project management software (Workfront or equivalent system) is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Experience executing paid campaigns (e.g. SEM, email, or display) on behalf of clients as well as monitoring monitor key online marketing metrics to track success and making recommendations based on analytics is strongly preferred. Must possess an ROI driven mentality.
  • Some travel required. Some evening event attendance may be requested but not required.
