What we do:
The New York Fed is looking for an Inclusion Strategist who will help us elevate and exemplify our commitment to being an organization where Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are embedded into everything we do. This is an inaugural role and if you are the person for this role, you run towards opportunities that offer increased autonomy, strategic and tactical engagement and the ability to help build on foundational and first-ever movements. You will be a steward of our culture, leveraging insights and best practices to identify trends and opportunities. You'll collaborate and build partnerships across the organization to engage every employee in creating a Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Culture.
You will have a matrix reporting relationship to the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and the People Readiness Leader. You will support the Bank's strategic direction by working collaboratively across the People Readiness team to ensure DE&I principles are woven throughout every facet of our culture and the employee experience. You will bring your expertise to bare throughout the employee lifecycle, including how we attract, retain, and engage our unique 3,100 employees.
