CNSI is actively seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team and help build healthcare enterprise applications for our customers.

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in working with our state and federal health and human services customers to enable innovation through deployment of our advanced solutions and cloud technology stacks.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will design solutions and provide guidance across application architecture, You will partner with Product, Delivery Services, and other teams to craft highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud applications that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of our services.

*Position will work remote in United States.

What You Will Do:

- Ensure customer success in designing, configuring, building and migrating applications, software, and services for state and federal healthcare implementations.

- Lead architectural discussions and design sessions to create world-class solutions and ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud infrastructure for our customers.

- Partner with senior technologists in the company to learn our products and solutions and understand how to promote them to customers using system configuration approach.

- Build effective relationships with customer technology teams to become a trusted partner

- Support business development team for customer demonstration of CNSI Products.

- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solutions architect community.

- Author or otherwise contribute whitepapers, blogs, and proof of concepts.

The CNSI Solutions Architect team is creating some of the largest scale solutions and compelling workloads on AWS. You will be engaging with and influencing engineering teams to migrate/implement our products and solutions.

Who You Are:

- You have a Bachelor's degree (Electrical, Computer, or Networking Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics), (Graduate degree a plus), or in lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience.

- You have 12+ years of relatable IT work experience

- You have at least 6 years' experience as a Solution Architect

- You have demonstrated experience in programming languages and frameworks to create, modify, integrate and maintain web applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST, Oracle Database and related technologies

- Experience in Government health and human services systems, such as Medicaid (MMIS)/ Healthcare, Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), etc.

- Experience leading teams through enterprise level Medicaid (MMIS)/Healthcare system implementations

- Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Agile/ Scrum, waterfall, hybrid Agile.

- You have working knowledge of AWS services

- You have experience leading enterprise solutions focused towards solving business problems in healthcare system implementations.

If you have any of the below, it would be 'a plus':

- AWS certifications

- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud

- Experience selling product-based solutions with limitations to customer using system configuration approach.

- Understanding of networking, storage, operating systems, virtualization, RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
