Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Network Administrator to operate and manage 2 Joint Network Nodes (JNN) and 2 Satellite Transportable Terminals (STT) at Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC).

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain the network monitoring tools and conducts trend analysis of the JRTC Tactical network.
- Monitor the HUB, SNAPs and RTU's CPN/JNN/TCN's. Network Management performs data collection for performance evaluation, while being responsible for connectivity of the 21st ID Joint Operations Center's (JOC) LAN infrastructure for rotational training.
- Provide Network Management guidance to JNN/CPN/TCN system operators and Brigade Network Technicians on DoD tactical network in support of JRTC rotations.
- Coordinate Satellite Access Request (SAR) through the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and coordinate with regional and unit hub nodes during JRTC rotational training.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of Network admin/engineering, technical support experience is required; any SATCOM experience is a plus.
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- Network+ cerification is required, Security+ is preferred.
- CCNA or CCDA certs are highly desired.
- Associates degree is desired.
