Description

VSolvit LLC seeks a Remote Marketing Coordinator with writing and public relations (PR) experience to work at VSolvit in a full-time capacity. The Marketing Coordinator will work under the VSolvit Marketing team's supervision, supporting different VSolvit Departments across many projects. May write or select material for release to various communications media. Support planning or communication of programs to maintain favorable public or stockholder perceptions of an organization's accomplishments or agenda.

Responsibilities

- Work efficiently with a team to complete assignments

- Support Marketing with projects that support corporate role (Multi-media, branding analysis, documentation analysis, and document auditing)

- Perform research and analysis; collect and analyze data to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand

- Respond to requests for information or designate an appropriate spokesperson or information source

- Study the objectives, promotional policies, or needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products, or services

- Consult with business development and marketing representatives to obtain information on product or service

- Various administrative tasks in support of corporate needs and goals

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or English, Communication, Business Management
- 2+ years' experience in public relations, public affairs, or company branding
- 2+ years' experience reviewing reports, writing, editing; grammar, or punctuation, following prescribed style and formatting guidelines
- 2+ years' experience using Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Sheets
- 2+ years' experience in a role where organization and follow through with projects and deadlines as required

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Marketing, or English, Communication, Business Management
- 4+ years' experience in public relations, public affairs, or company branding
- 4+ years' experience reviewing reports, writing, editing; grammar, or punctuation, following prescribed style and formatting guidelines
- 4+ years' experience using Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Sheets
- 4+ years' experience in a role where organization and follow through with projects and deadlines as required
