We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our organization. This position is responsible for creation, management, and distribution of all Distributor related Price Pages and is proficient in all aspects of data processing, data entry, correspondence, research and record keeping.

Job Functions:

- Entry of distributor billing and chargeback transactions which support the national account business

- Manage and organize data to utilize in processing and reconciling sales and billback transactions

- Creation and revision of price pages

- Distribution of price pages internally and externally

- Auditing distributor sales information for inconsistency with Company records

- Utilizing system tools, including JD Edwards, customer portals and Excel, ability to reconcile high volume transactions between Employer and Customer data

- Written and verbal communication via telephone, fax, and email with distributors and sales personnel to resolve inconsistencies

- Excellent data management skills with disciplined attention to detail

- Ability to organize and work with data for large volumes of transactions

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word skills to include pivot tables, data linking, formula creation, vertical look ups and professional business correspondence

- Experience using email to communicate in a professional business setting

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines

- Understanding of systematized accounting processes and tools with the ability to learn and adapt to varying functionality of technology applications

- Secondary education in business or accounting classes, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
