JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Analyst (Territory Pricing)

Sunbelt s Analyst, Territory Pricing is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers.

The Analyst, Territory Pricing is empowered to drive and facilitate new and ongoing rate process improvements and programs throughout the organization by uncovering and aligning rate opportunities within each specific market and line of business. This role will focus specifically on support of a geography within Sunbelt s general tool and equipment market. This person will partner with both line and executive management in the field to uncover and improve upon opportunities with equipment rates. The position will utilize analysis packages, data warehouses and other complex analytical tools and processes to enhance both revenue and profitability. The role will also assist in the research and creation of detailed reporting to multiple levels within the organization as well as training on how best practices are developed and consistently implemented.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

* BS in Finance, Operations or related business discipline or equivalent experience in an analytically based role

* 3 - 5 years industry experience or experience in an analytical role

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

* Microsoft Excel, SQL, Access, Dynamics, and data warehouses/data cubes

* Working independently and with limited supervision
