Immediate opening for an experienced Bilingual Staffing Manager in Longmont, CO!

Do you want to utilize your exceptional customer service and staffing abilities in a challenging, client-facing role?

At ResourceMFG - a division of Employbridge - we are seeking a versatile Staffing Manager to oversee our on-site operations at a client's production facility in Longmont. In this key staffing/recruiting role, you will be building and nurturing a strong relationship with our customer while overseeing the employment of our hourly associates and ensuring all required staffing levels are met.

Primary duties for the Bilingual Staffing Manager:

- Help to recruit, interview, hire, and onboard hourly production employees

- Act as liaison between the customer and our local branch office

- Anticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develop value-added services to support changing client needs

- Manage employee relations at the site - including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews

- Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate

- Provide productivity, headcount, attendance and other reports at client's request

- Facilitate the initial treatment and reporting of workers' compensation incidents

- Participate in scheduled service reviews at client site

- Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates

Requirements for the Bilingual Staffing Manager:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- At least two years of related experience in staffing/recruiting supervision

- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) required

- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and ability to learn other systems as needed

- Problem-solving skills

- High levels of motivation and self-direction

- Ability to work independently

- Willingness to work after hours and on weekends if necessary

- Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift
