Who We're Looking For:
Myndco is looking for an Instructor Champion to join our growing team. The Instructor will be performing safety and quality training for internal and contractor crews. The candidate will ensure that our employees and those of our subcontractors are protected in the workplace and that we are in compliance with OSHA and other federal, state and local safety regulations. Instructors will also train on quality standards in line with our customer standards (AT&T, Verizon, TMobile).
What You’ll Do:
Develop the skills of existing workforce, newly hired workers, and contractor attendees through the facilitation of all learning activities both in-classroom and through hands-on demonstrations
Train in the deployment of all necessary on-site safety equipment and procedures
Prepare and update training materials and documentation in accordance with regulations
Collaborate with both internal market operations teams, safety teams, and field services
Resolve any issues arising and address safety or quality concerns throughout training cycles
Actively participate and discuss new standards, requirements, and processes with support staff
Make decisions based on a full understanding of customer specifications and scope of work
Travel to different locations across the U.S. to support training needs

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
3+ years progressive experience as a Safety Trainer or hands-on experience of the construction, installation, and commissioning of cell sites on rooftops and towers where both safety and quality standards were actively applied and monitored
Preferred OSHA 500 Instructor
Good understanding of the OSHA and TIA regulations and ANSI standards
Preferred experience and thorough understanding of cellular/pcs equipment configurations
Computer skills and ability to work within MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MPEG, JPEG and PDF files
Experience working in systems to track documents and present training material
Proven skills of addressing and teaching small and large groups of people
A demonstrated personal interest in safety and quality issues
Able to travel by air between projects and markets as needed.
25% Travel will be required for this position.
