Qualifications •    Bachelor's degree in a related science and 0-2 years' experience 
•    Timely execution of multiple project objectives within established timelines
•    Desire to learn, apply, and enhance skill set while seeking new opportunities
•    Self-motivated, seeking information from others to accomplish objectives. 
•    With assistance of Supervisor, demonstrate ability to anticipate, plan, and realize significant projects involving multiple technical and scientific hurdles.
•    Excellent networking and communication skills
•    Interpersonal skills to nurture teamwork and foster an environment of achievement, including cross-functional Project Teams involving members from Marketing, Supply, Manufacturing as well as R&D
•    Organizational and problem-solving skills
•    Results-oriented and self-motivating, seeking information from others to accomplish objectives
•    Ability to display a degree of flexibility 
•    Oral communication skills to effectively provide feedback to project teams or immediate supervisor
•    Written communication skills for accurate data entry and concise lab reports 
•    Perform other assignments as delegated by immediate Supervisor. 
•    Proficient with common software applications, including MSOffice
