The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Output Management Technical Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading and coordinating SAP readiness activities for the Output Management Product Suite, which includes providing technical testing for site printer hardware to ensure integration supportability and satisfactory output performance




• Practice Agile methodology to define and execute technical project plans/timelines as Epics and Stories in Jira to support business Features and meet OPM team goals




• Plan, design, develop, test, deploy and support new integrations to enable/manage document distribution for business processes not within the scope of SAP implementations




• Identify and champion performance and reliability improvement opportunities for OPM services, including automation and monitoring




• Provide level 3 support to all OPM implementations and ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained




• Engage with software vendor support teams to identify in product solutions for business requirements and to diagnose product defects and fixes




• Support hours may extend the normal business day to support SAP HyperCare Schedules, and critical problem resolution

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution




• Two (2) years of of IT experience in software installation, administration and support for Cypress and Rightfax technologies in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role, but are not required include:

• Strong IT skills, especially in data manipulation and Microsoft Office 365 tools




• Awareness of lean/6S project management practices and techniques




• Windows / Linux server Operating System expertise/experience




• Programming experience in tools like Splunk, MS Powershell, Power BI & Perl




• Multi-cultural awareness – familiarity with working with colleagues & clients from multiple regions and countries




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
