Description

This is a potential Temp-to-Hire Ink Tech Trainee position located in La Crosse, WI. If you are interested in applying, we require that you work directly on-site M-F starting at 12-2p and end at 9-11p, some overtime may be required. Cover every 4th/5th weekend.

In this role your primary responsibility is to work under direct supervision, provide color matching, formulating, and small batch blending support on-site at the given customer location. Produce and quality control inks to ensure the product meet or exceed the customer's expectations. Maintain detailed production and quality control records. Work safely and maintain good housekeeping.

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of MS Office and data entry
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable operating a forklift
- Capable of restocking
- Good sense of color matching
- Understanding OSHA rules and regulations
Preferred:
- Manufacturing/Production experience
- Knowledge of color matching and blending procedures
Shift:
- Start at 12-2p and end at 9-11p (flexible start and end time). Cover every 4th/5th weekend.
Drug screen and background check are mandatory if you are offered this position.
