We are seeking an Inplant Ink Supervisor (Liquid ink) to work at our customer's site in Albertville, AL. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining INX's on-site ink room. Previous experience within the Ink industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the Inplant Manager
- Instruct technicians on daily needs and scheduling
- Manage technicians on press
- Troubleshoot press problems
- Assist in management meetings with customer

Qualifications (Skills - Education - Experience)

- Experience in ink room management
- Dispenser software knowledge
- Solvent based flexographic (wide web) printing
- Strong customer skills
- Flexographic troubleshooting
- Must be able to pass color vision test
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School graduate or equivalent
Additional qualifications that are a plus:
- Previous experience managing personnel
