Position Responsibilities
Deltek is hiring a Senior Developer. The position is 100% remote work with travel requirements ( post COVID). Due to nature of the work that this individual will support, US Citizenship is required for the role. You will focus on configuring, testing, documenting, and implementing data migrations and database restructurings. In addition, you will apply Deltek Global Consulting project and consulting methods and processes, including the use of Deltek data migration tools. Further, you will be instrumental in determining work priorities in accordance with project plans, project schedules, changing work demands, and company policies and practices and will escalate as appropriate.

Our consultants apply analytical and technical thinking within areas of assigned responsibility and resolve routine client issues and challenges by identifying possible alternatives, and providing recommendations. In addition, they will be asked to research data migration issues and provide detail and preliminary recommendations to their project lead (or designated representative).

Members of the Deltek Global Consulting assist the entire Deltek consulting team in ensuring client requirements are met by actively soliciting, identifying, and responding to customer questions and assisting with issue resolution. We expect that our consultants take ownership of assigned issues and follows through on commitments.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience with SQL (tables, view, stored procedures)

* 3+ years of experience in a consulting/customer advisory - type position

* 3+ years of experience with ERP systems

* 1+ years of experience with Java (minimal knowledge or similar language like VB or C#)

* 1+ years of experience with Data Migration, Merges of information as it relates to information systems

* Ability to travel up to 30%
