Job Description:

The Service Resolution Professional should accomplish the following:
Deliver high-quality interactions with each advisor contact that addresses advisor inquiries and requests with accuracy, delight, and care by assuming complex calls, providing real-time feedback to Service Professionals and managers to identify training opportunities, taking accountability for advisor/team inquiries, and providing immediate support during calls. The candidate will service advisor inquiries and requests effectively and efficiently by participating in queue watch, assisting with phone volume during high peak times, and analyzing intra-day call volume to report trends or shrinkage to management. The candidate will assist in improving the risk profile by adhering to authentication procedures, escalating areas of risk, and timely submission of customer complaints through the appropriate channels. The Service Resolution Professional will also create SMART goals and track measurable progress to garner career growth.
