A reputable hospital in the Oregon is seeking an outgoing, energetic Hospital Pharmacy Manager to assist in leading their amazingly talented team.

The Hospital Pharmacy Manager will supervise staff and provide the highest quality of care to both inpatient and ambulatory patient alike. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will report to the Pharmacy Director and help to coordinate and implement quality assurance measures. The Clinical Manager of Pharmacy will also be responsible for the unit’s budget, policy and program development as well as implementation of those programs.  

The Hospital Pharmacy Manager will not only act as a leader and role model for their team but be a main point of contact for medical staff throughout the hospital. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will be asked to participate on medical staff committees as well. The Manager may need to step in and spend time providing assistance to staff in the event of low staffing levels as this role is considered a, hands on working Manager.
