The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) has the primary responsibility of handling initial customer contact either in person or over the telephone (and at times via the web). These customer contacts may be with the patient, a care giver, a referral source, or a commercial account. The PCC receives, qualifies and processes according to insurance guidelines and processes all customer orders in a timely, efficient, accurate and courteous manner. The PCC is often involved in investigating and responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, deliveries and complaints. The PCC must be able to multi-task and manage stressful situations at times.
Responsibilities
**Weekend only***
This role is hiring out of any of our locations: Atlanta, Birmingham, Crestview, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Panama City, Tallahassee, Tampa, Tifton, Valdosta and Waycross. The hours for this position are Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am - 6:30pm.
Must be able to work independently on the weekend with very minimal supervision.
