Implement strategic marketing plans that promote continued sales growth for Sales by working with Marketing Segment Lead and Sales Leadership.
Key responsibilities:
Assist Director of Marketing to develop scope of work for biannual Promo meetings, acting as the project manager for full event execution.
Work with product divisions on content and effectiveness of presentations related to promotional items.
Manage content creation process and consult on presentation and engagement strategies for sales effectiveness.
Produce other marketing tools to help support Promo (i.e. email blasts, advertising, product campaigns) as well as support post-promotional and corresponding monthly activities to sustain year-long Sales Rep engagement (i.e. surveys, internal communications, supplemental rep trainings).
Other projects as assigned.
Basic requirements:
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of selling/marketing/product management or related experience
Experience with project management (planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Proven success with presenting to large and small groups, both internal and external
