Job Description:

Do you enjoy working with details and interacting with customers and co-workers on a daily basis?  Vector Security Networks has a job opening for handling high volume of data based in Gainesville, VA.  Position responsibilities entail providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.  

• Process inbound customer calls, e-mails, faxes, and other code change requests.


• Position has primary responsibility to handle code changes and other data support for Vector Security Networks' customers


• Position has primary responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely completion of all customer cases related to the integrity of the customer's security system


• Complete programming and code change requests from the customer.


• Responsible for all post-installation personnel management for customer sites:

• Adjust panel programming as directed by police or fire marshals to be in accordance with local laws


• Offer backup support to Customer Service and Technical Support teams
