Overview

The Delivery Center Coordinator is responsible for project coordination and acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to their respective function within AMER Delivery Center. This role drives key tasks and projects with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison between internal and external customers and AMER Delivery Center on key initiatives

  • Drive multiple projects, tasks, and priorities through strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Support determination of priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and ensure quality standards

  • Analyze, implement, improve, and support efficient, flexible, and scalable processes

  • Represent AMER Delivery Center through conference calls, presentations, and business conversations as needed

  • Initiate and execute projects based on functional area to support operational efficiencies, strategies, and initiatives

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of processes

  • Multi-task and manage time well independently

  • Identify and help implement solutions to improve processes and develop efficiencies within AMER Delivery Center function

  • Coordinate intake of feedback and idea generation for continuous improvement projects to PMO

  • Provide expertise to leadership and other functions on behalf of areas within the AMER Delivery Center

  • Responsible for key process changes to quality documents in the internal system to maintain compliance to the Quality Management System

  • Provide data and analytics to Team Lead in area of expertise

    Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associates degree or higher preferred

  • 2-5 years previous warehouse experience required

  • Strong presentation skills and relationship building skills preferred

  • 2 years experience with Cook preferred

  • Warehouse Management System knowledge (WMS) preferred

  • Yellow Belt in continuous improvement preferred

  • Experience with quality document control systems is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

    Physical Requirements:



  • Requires some early morning or late evening meetings

  • Must be willing to travel, if needed

  • Works under fast-paced conditions

  • Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations

  • Ability to stand for 8 hours

  • Utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers and equipment
