Royal Credit Union is excited to extend the opportunity to join our progressive team of experienced, knowledgeable and well-respected Business Loan Officers serving business owners in our communities.  We are looking to add a Small Business Lending Officer in the Chippewa Valley who will provide custom solutions for our Business Members’ financial needs and build lasting relationships with business owners throughout our communities.  Strong communication skills, a high level of initiative, positive attitude and an ability to work well in a team environment are all important.  We are seeking an individual who is passionate about serving the Member, capable of thriving in a high volume environment and confident in their ability to make sound lending decisions in a fast paced setting. 

We are looking for a highly engaged individual who enjoys community involvement and building long-term relationships based on trust.  This person is motivated to look for creative ways to assist business owners through their start-up and growth phases and has experience evaluating business plans, financial reports and market data.

Candidates for the Small Business Lending Officer position at Royal must have a desire to grow both personally and professionally!  There will be an abundant amount of opportunity to grow in this role - the sky is the limit! 


  

Required Education and Experience include:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent education experience.
  


• 
  Minimum of one year of Commercial Lending experience or five years Credit Analysis or equivalent work experience.
  


• Involvement in our communities served through active participation in organizations which will cater to small business owners. 

• 
  Previous experience working with small business owners or with small business lending.
