SERVICE COORDINATOR / PARTS COUNTER: Position will communicate directly and work closely with the Service Supervisor, CSR, Technicians and customers regarding pending, ongoing and completed service jobs. Will also be responsible for opening and auditing work orders, assisting in scheduling technicians, reviewing warranty work orders, answering customer calls, assisting walk in customers, and other parts and service related tasks including but not limited to assisting the parts department with walk in and phone sales.
Must maintain the highest standards in safety practices and policies. Computer proficiency and experience with Excel and Word required. Communication skills, both oral and written, must be above average. Must have excellent attention to detail and follow through on jobs. Technical, leadership and sales experience preferred. Applicant must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
