Millennium is seeking a Junior Warfare Systems T&E Specialist to provide technical and analytical support to Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR) in the definition, conduct, and analysis of structured Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of US Navy Littoral Combat Ship systems. This support will be required in one or more of the following forms: Documentation Review, Operational Test Design, Test Execution, Data Management, Test Planning Support, Test Operations Support, Test Analysis and Reporting, Modeling and Simulation Support, and Program Management Support. COMOPTEVFOR is charged with leading the Operational Test community with highly skilled testers and staff that adapt to change, and provide credible, prompt, warfighting-focused test results to Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard forces and acquisition leadership.
Candidate must have the following:
- The candidate must have experience as defined within the requirements specific to the individual task orders. Must have experience with the test and evaluation of Systems Under Test (SUT) and System of Systems (SOS) as listed in the task order.
- Combination of 4 years operational and T&E experience, with at least 2 years being operational experience and at least 2 years being T&E experience.
- Completion of COMOPTEVFOR OTD course
- Completion of COMOPTEVFOR Test Planning Course
- Completion of COMOPTEVFOR IEF Course
- Completion of COMOPTEVFOR Reliability, Maintainability, Logistic Supportability, and Availability Course
- Ability to support data collection and test execution onboard a US Naval vessel at sea
- Active secret clearance.
