JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY LOCATION:Ogden, Utah

CUSTODIAN: IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF DESIGNATED AREAS ASSIGNED BY DIRECT SUPERVISOR. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED AND PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORK ENVIRONMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE A HIGH LEVEL OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50 POUNDS. THE WORK ENVIRONMENT IS USUALLY MODERATE AND THE EMPLOYEE IS EXPOSED TO CAUSTIC OR TOXIC CHEMICALS, MOVING MECHANICAL PARTS, AND FUMES OR EXHAUST.

* Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, office space and restrooms.

* Replaces and cleans lights and light fixtures.

* Dusts and cleans furnishings, office equipment, plants and fixtures.

* Cleans all glass in doors, windows and dividers clean.

* Empties trash and garbage containers daily.

* Replaces air conditioner filters.
Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. * Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour DOE
