You will be performing general and specific administrative support tasks involved in an engineering environment.
Your responsibilities may include maintaining records, specifications, drawings and other related documentation.
You will assist with the preparation of ECNs (Engineering Change Notices), and assisting internal and external customers in various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit’s primary function.
You may be assisting with analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinating work processes following work unit manager’s directions and other established administrative procedures.
You will coordinate work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company.
You may assist in work for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor.
About you:
You have a high school education or equivalent; some college level education preferred.
You have a minimum of 2 - 5 years' administrative experience mostly from this function.
You have strong administrative skills and senior level knowledge of this function.
You have worked with multiple issues/projects and has the experience/ability to support multiple employee's administrative needs.
You are regarded as the key administrative employee of the work unit and are a primary administrative employee in the department/ company.
