Required Experience:
General duties include: Assistant to HR Generalist in the completion of human resource duties including: posting of open positions at Compass, new hire process and onboarding, oversite of random drug testing; oversite of background checks on employees, maintenance of personnel files and other filing/record keeping, backup for managing Payroll (Paycom) in absence of HR Generalist.
