Fiduciary Real Estate Development (FRED), a leading real estate development and property management company, has been developing and managing award-winning residential communities throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, Madison, and the Green Bay areas since 1985.

We’re looking for a Leasing Professional to join our growing team.  The Leasing Professional is part of our residential property management group and prepares individuals for potential advancement to the role of Assistant Property Manager.

Job Description:

Our Leasing Professionals are empowered to achieve leasing goals and build professional relationships with prospective and current residents.  In this role you will make a lasting impact by helping people find the perfect home and by demonstrating an unparalleled commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the lease


• Demonstrate an all-inclusive understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospective residents


• Follow-up on phone and internet inquiries from current and prospective residents


• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events and functions


• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using the most innovative online tools and systems

What we need:

• Strong focus on the customer and previous leasing experience preferred


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships


• A skilled problem solver and self-motivated individual


• Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently

Education and Experience:

• High school or equivalent


• One year leasing, sales, or customer service

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
