Key Account Representative I - Lenexa, KS
We are looking for a Key Account Representative I to join our Inside Sales team to support our Regional Broadband Accounts. This is a sales support position is responsible to provide exceptional support to assigned customers and works closely with sales team.
What you will do:

Builds and maintains positive relationships and provides excellent customer service for customers, sales team, and internal employees
Responsible to the order process which includes order entry, status, delivery schedules, work order holds, back orders and replacement needs.
Provides to customers and sales team pricing, material availability, freight quotes
Responsible for completion of the formal quote entry
Provides reporting on Open Orders and Materials Usage to management
Answers inbound calls and provides timely response to our customers and internal team
Utilizes the CRM to document activities and account summary notes to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate on customer calls to provide updates on orders and/or answer issues
Responsible for account collections for overdue invoices

Education and Work Experience

· High school or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred
· At least two years related office and/or customer service experience
· Or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Word, Excel, and general computer proficiency
· Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment
· Ability to establish a strong rapport with customers
