Our Sales Retention Specialists are critical members of our Customer Retention team and engage in advanced sales negotiations in order to retain our merchants, while maintaining profitability for our company. As an energetic solution selling individual, you'll differentiate our brand from the competition and add value to our customer accounts.

Our Customer Solutions Specialists take calls from and reach out to our B2B customer base at risk of closing their accounts with NAB. From de-escalating calls, to renegotiating contracts, to becoming a Subject Matter Expert on our products and pricing - that’s you.
